Dimension Resources Limited ('Dimension' or 'the Company') announces that it has agreed with Grant Thornton UK LLP that Grant Thornton will step down as Nominated Adviser with effect from 29 May 2009. Dimension is actively seeking a new Nominated Adviser to replace Grant Thornton.
