Appointment of Director Dimension Resources Limited announces that Mr Charles Rowell Jonathan Morley-Kirk (aged 45) has joined the board of Dimension with immediate effect. Jonathan has previously held director positions with Midland Bank, Kidder Peabody Securities, SG Warburg Securities and Brown Shipley. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a Fellow of the Securities and Investments Institute, and a Member of the Expert Witness Institute. He is currently chairman of Fox Davies Capital, the London based stockbroker specialising in the natural resource sector, oil and gas, bio energy and emerging markets. Jonathan's main function will be to assist in identifying acquisitions for Dimension. Dimension has also agreed to place 100,000,000 new shares for cash at 0.25p per share with sophisticated investors to raise £250,000. This cash will be used for working capital. All cash is expected to be received by 15 June 2007 and application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM; such admission is expected to take place on 22 June 2007. Commenting on these matters, Brian Moritz, Dimension's chairman, said 'I am delighted to be working with Jonathan again. His knowledge of the junior natural resources market, oil and gas, and bio energy markets will be invaluable. Dimension needs new ideas to supplement its South African stone business and the further working capital will also assist in assuring the future of the company.'
