Issue of Equity

Application has been made for the admission to AIM of 4,643,963 Dimension Ordinary Shares of 0.1p with admission expected to take place on 14 June 2007.

The shares have been issued at a price of 0.323p in payment of an amount owed to a supplier of £15,000.

Following the issue of these shares, Dimension will have 201,686,461 Ordinary Shares in issue.
