Update on Placing On 1 June Dimension announced that it had agreed to place 100,000,000 new shares at 0.25p per share to raise £250,000; that the cash was expected to be received by 15 June 2007 and that application would be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM; such admission was expected to take place on 22 June 2007. In the event the cash has not yet been received, so that application will not be made for admission of the shares.
